CG Corp Global appoints Harsh Arora as Head- HR

A leading Nepal based multinational conglomerate, CG Corp Global has appointed Harsh Arora as Head- Human Resources

Harsh has confirmed it through a social media post and said “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of HR at CG Corp Global!”

In this role, she will be handling India, Bangladesh, Dubai, and Foods International Business for Domains of FMCG, Agro, Real Estate, and Financial Services.

Harsh has over 20 years of unique distinction in leading HR in the service as well as manufacturing sector, with a proven flair and demonstrated ability over core HR Functional areas.

Prior to joining CG Corp Global, Harsh was associated with Vegazva Engineering Pvt. Ltd as Associate Delivery Director and she was responsible for strategic HR Business Partner to Client Organizations for Employer Branding, Creating and Driving the HR Systems, Processes & Policies including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Competency Assessment, Performance Management, Learning & Development & Attrition Management for Clients Across India & Overseas, etc.

Previously she was associated with H & R Johnson (India) – A Division of Prism Cement Limited, Spaze Towers Pvt. Ltd., A&P Security Solution Pvt.Ltd., Convergys India Services and Ask Electronics Pvt Ltd.

Harsh holds a master’s degree in human resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
