Coca-Cola appoints Karan Bhalla as Director- HR, Eurasia & Middle East

A total beverage company, The Coca-Cola Company appoints Karan Bhalla as Director – Human Resources, Eurasia & Middle East.

Prior to this, he was associated with Americana Foods as HR Director – Talent, Rewards & Culture. He worked with the company from Aug 2021 – Oct 2022.

Karan Bhalla has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as HR Director at The Coca-Cola Company – Eurasia & Middle East.”

Karan is a Management Consultant, HR professional, and qualified Coach enabling organizations to realize their full potential through their people & culture. He has over 16 years of experience in the HR Domain.

His areas of expertise include Organization Design, Executive Coaching & Change Management, Talent Development, Performance Enablement, Rewards (Compensation & Benefits), HR function leadership, and business partnering & value/benefit realization for business and IT transformations.

Karan’s earlier stint was with the leading global professional services organization EY as a Director. He has held various leadership roles with the organization for over 9 years.

Previously, Karan was with Global tech major IBM as Senior Consultant, Strategy & Transformation. He started his career working with Mahindra Satyam as Rewards & Recognition Lead, Talent Management.

Karan Bhalla holds his Master’s in Business Administration from IMT, Ghaziabad. He completed his B.A. (Hons.), in Economics from Delhi University.
