CHRO Chander Prakash Gurnani’s Career Journey and Educational Qualifications

Chander brings over two decades of HR leadership experience, having held senior roles across multiple organizations in the IT and BPM sectors.

  • Prior to joining CogentHubCX.AI, he served as CHRO at ICCS, where he led workforce strategy, employee engagement, and digital HR transformation initiatives.
  • Before ICCS, he spent 11 years at IGT Solutions, a global BPM and IT services provider, where he rose through the ranks to become Global Senior Vice President, Human Resources. His tenure at IGT included roles such as Vice President and General Manager of HR, overseeing talent operations across geographies.
  • Earlier in his career, Gurnani held HR leadership positions at InterGlobe Enterprises, Nucleus Software Exports, and Quadrangle, gaining exposure to diverse organizational cultures and scaling HR functions in high-growth environments.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.

He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Delhi University.

His academic foundation has been complemented by hands-on experience in leadership development, HRIS implementation, and organizational design.
