Cushman & Wakefield appoints Deepti Kapoor as Executive Director- HR

A leading global real estate services firm, Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Deepti Kapoor as Executive Director- HR and will be based out of Gurgaon.

In her new role, she will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and practices that will reflect Cushman & Wakefield’s HR objectives.

Deepti, Executive Director- HR Cushman & Wakefield said, “I look forward to working with colleagues across the business to further strengthen the firm’s position as an employer of choice.”

She is an HR professional with 20 years of experience in Business HR and HR COE. She has an experience in diverse industries, businesses, and complex HR roles. She has spearheaded critical and complex projects like redefining organizational culture, organization re-structuring and re-sizing, setting up new businesses, and JV / Mergers.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, she was associated with Max Life Insurance Company Limited as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources. In this role, she was responsible for Driving Talent Management, Succession Planning, and the Internal Mobility agenda of the organization.

Her earlier stints include working with Aircel as Head – HRBP, Talent Management and OD, Unitech Limited as Human Resource Consultant, HT Media Ltd as Manager – HR, and ING Vysya Bank as Regional HR Manager.

Deepti started her career working with Hotel Grand Hyatt; Vasant Kunj as Assistant Manager – Human Resources. In this role, she was handling HR Generalist role.

She holds her PGDBM, Human Resources from FORE School of Management, New Delhi.
