DFM Foods Appoints Richa Saraswat as Chief HR Officer

In her new role as CHRO, Richa will lead DFM Foods’ HR function, focusing on:

A Proven Leader in Human Resources

Before joining DFM Foods, Richa held significant leadership roles at United Breweries Ltd. and Vedanta Group.

These companies are among India’s most prominent corporations, where she gained extensive experience in human resources leadership.

At United Breweries, she served as HR Business Partner for the supply chain and Cluster HR Head for the North region.

In these roles, she oversaw talent development and stakeholder engagement across a large geographical territory.

Her tenure at Vedanta Group spanned over a decade, where she held key leadership positions in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and corporate HR.

As Head of Talent Acquisition at Vedanta Resources Limited, she played a crucial role in employer branding and HR strategy.

She also contributed significantly to performance management and process improvement initiatives.
