Digikore Studios appoints Aditya Pillai joins as Head – HR

Digikore Studios has appointed Aditya Pillai as Head – Human Resources. In this role, he will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of the workforce, development of a superior workforce, and the overall HR department.

Aditya Pillai has an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with over 17 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management. He has been responsible for the functioning and administration of all human resource activities with hands-on experience in talent management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, employee engagement, general administration, performance management, health and safety, and training and development.

He has played a key role and lead many HR projects such as compensation plan revision, HRMS implementation and development of employee-driven culture in his previous organizations. With strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, he has developed successful relationships, motivated team members, and delivered positive results throughout his career.

Prior to joining Digikore, Pillai was CHRO of White Turtle Studios. Earlier, he has also worked with Red Chillies VFX as Head – Human Resource Department for four years. He has also worked with Red Chillies VFX as Head – Human Resource Department for four years.

“In a bid to leverage the great talent pool of visual effects artists in Mumbai and Montreal, Digikore Studios is all set to open facilities there. The new facilities in Mumbai and Montreal along with our existing facility in Pune will help us become a 600+ talent strong VFX studio and will position us as a leading global player in the VFX industry,” Abhishek More, Founder, and CEO of Digikore Studios said.

Pillai’s expertise lies in talent management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and employee engagement, among others. Pune-based Digikore Studios, which specializes in providing Visual Effects (VFX) services, is opening new production facilities in Mumbai and Montreal.
