Emids appoints Padma Duddu as Director- Human Resources

A healthcare’s digital transformation leader, Emids has appointed Padma Duddu as Director – Human Resources.

Padma confirmed this through a social media post and said on LinkedIn, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director-Human Resources at Emids!”

She has expertise in establishing structure, building employee value, driving vision, and achieving critical strategic goals as well as delivering sustained organizational growth in dynamic environments.

She has over two decades of hands-on experience streamlining operations by instituting HR policies and practices in the Global MNC environment in collaboration with Global Leaders/CEOs.

Padma is an inspiring leader with the ability to motivate personnel towards achieving organizational objectives and adhering to industry best practices.

Her vision is in building and scaling Global and Indian startups, steering employee engagement initiatives, and execute leadership development including succession planning, strategic talent management, and HR Business Partnering.

Prior to Emids, Padma was associated with Optum Global Solutions as Director- Human Capital, and previously she worked with United Health Group, CA Technologies, Xiotech India Private Limited, SQL Star International, and Frontline Soft Limited & Call World Technologies Limited.

Padma holds a master’s in HRM from Osmania University and started her career working with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as Sr Assistant-HR.
