Ericsson Appoints Deepanshu Anand to Lead Talent Acquisition Operations

Ericsson, a global leader in telecommunications and technology solutions, has announced the appointment of Deepanshu Anand as Regional Head – Talent Acquisition Operations Delivery for Americas & EMEA.

This strategic move underscores Ericsson’s commitment to fostering a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive workforce across its global operations.

Deepanshu’s new role will focus on spearheading talent acquisition efforts across 110 countries worldwide.

This includes 34 nations in the Americas and 76 across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Ericsson demonstrates its strong commitment to diversity and inclusion through its workforce composition.

Within Deepanshu’s team, the company proudly maintains a 53% female diversity ratio.

This focus on inclusivity reflects the company’s broader commitment to fostering a diverse workplace.

Ericsson aims to create an environment that values varied perspectives and drives innovation.

Responsibilities and Vision for Ericsson

In his new role, Deepanshu will lead a team of 37 Talent Acquisition operation partners and People managers spread across eight countries.

His responsibilities include optimizing talent acquisition operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring Ericsson continues to attract and retain top-tier talent worldwide.

Deepanshu’s leadership will be guided by Ericsson’s core behavioral values: One Team, Performance, Empowerment, Transparency, and Growth.

Deepanshu has expressed his enthusiasm for this transformative journey, stating, “At Ericsson, we are embarking on a mission to establish our Talent Acquisition function as a global benchmark.”

He added, “I am energized to drive this mission, leveraging my experience to optimize operations and foster a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive environment.”

Deepanshu Anand’s Career Journey

Deepanshu Anand brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and human resources management to his new role at Ericsson.

Before this appointment, he held key positions at Sopra Steria, IBM, and Steria.

In these roles, he developed expertise in staffing, employee onboarding, and strategic HR operations.

His career trajectory reflects a deep understanding of global talent dynamics and a proven ability to drive organizational growth through effective talent strategies.
