FedEx gets Sumit Neogi as Managing Director HR- MEISA Region

An American multinational conglomerate, FedEx has appointed Sumit Neogi as Managing Director- Human Resources – MEISA Region. In this role, he will be accountable for People Operations (HR) in MEISA Region of FedEx.

He has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “Happy to announce that I have joined the FedEx Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa team as the Managing Director Human Resources – MEISA (Middle East, Indian Subcontinent & Africa) Region. In this role, I would be accountable for People Operations (HR) in MEISA Region of FedEx.”

Sumit Neogi is a Human Resource Leader with over 21 years of experience in Business HR (12+ Years), Strategic HR Consulting (4+ Years) & Retail Sales & Marketing (4 Years)

He is experienced in People and Team Development, HR Tech, Analytics, HR Business Partnership, HR Transformation, Organization Design & Change Management, Talent Management, Performance Management System Design, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership Assessment & Development, HR Competencies, Capability Building, HR Due Diligence, Consumer Sales & Marketing.

His earlier experience includes working with The Lubrizol Corporation, Reliance Industries Limited, Cipla, and Hewitt Associates.

Sumit is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur. He completed his BE in Mechanical from the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.
