Monica had been serving as Head of Human Capital Management at Fibe since August 2022, where she played a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

Monica brings nearly 17 years of experience across sectors including banking, healthcare, retail, fashion, and HR advisory.
She began her career in 2005 as an HR generalist at Piramal Pharma, followed by a stint at Reliance Retail in talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
In 2008, she took on the role of Head of HR at Catwalk Worldwide, a fashion retail brand.
Her most notable tenure was at Yes Bank, where she served as Group Executive Vice President – Human Capital Management for nearly a decade.
During this period, she led strategic HR initiatives across several business units.
This experience helped her build deep expertise in workforce planning, performance management, and leadership development.
