GBG Plc gets Basant K. Tripathi as Director – Employee Experience

GBG Plc, a global company that provides software and solutions to help businesses grow and protect themselves online has appointed Basant K. Tripathi as Director – Employee Experience.

In this role at GBG, he will focus on strategic partnership, collaborating closely with business leaders to address their unique challenges and opportunities from a People perspective. His goal is to support a high-performance culture where innovation and collaboration thrive.

He has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director – Employee Experience at GBG Plc. “

“GBG sets out to create trust in a digital world, a world where everyone can transact with confidence. GBG helps businesses grow by giving them the intelligence to make the best decisions about their customers when it matters most.” He added.

Prior to GBG Plc, he was associated with University of Cambridge as a Mentor.

Basant K. Tripathi has over three decades of experience and has successfully integrated corporate HR strategy and employee experience into the culture, leadership behaviors, and business operating model.

His earlier stints include working with AVEVA, Schneider Electric, Nokia, Huawei Technologies (Malaysia), Maxis, Reliance Industries Limited, and Koshika Telecom Ltd.

Basant K. Tripathi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Law from Doctor Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University and completed his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Banaras Hindu University.
