Godrej Capital has appointed Shuchi Aroraa as its new Head of Human Resources, marking a strategic move to strengthen its people and culture agenda as the company expands its footprint in financial services.
Prior to joining Godrej Capital, Shuchi Aroraa served as Senior Vice President – HR Consultant at HSBC, where she led strategic HR initiatives and large-scale transformation projects.
Her tenure at HSBC also included a role as Vice President, where she focused on workforce development and organizational design.
Leadership Transition at Godrej Capital
In October 2025, Shuchi Aroraa officially joined Godrej Capital as Head – HR, bringing with her over two decades of experience in human capital management, talent strategy, and organizational transformation.
Shuchi announced her new role via LinkedIn, stating, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new role as Head of Human Resources at Godrej Capital.”
Her arrival comes at a time when the company is scaling operations and deepening its digital-first approach to financial services.
A Career Built Across Diverse Sectors
She has previously held leadership positions at Aon, ICICI Bank, DCM Shriram Ltd., and Infosys.
At Aon, she contributed to talent and performance advisory mandates across industries.
At ICICI Bank, she managed business HR for Wholesale Banking and oversaw campus recruitment, sharpening her expertise in leadership development and talent acquisition.
Her early career at DCM Shriram and Infosys laid the foundation for her skills in training, development, and stakeholder engagement.
This diverse experience positions her well to lead HR strategy at Godrej Capital, which is navigating rapid growth and evolving workforce expectations.
