Godrej Consumer Products names Vaibhav Ram as Global HR Head

A leading emerging markets company, Godrej Consumer Products Limited has elevated Vaibhav Ram as Global HR Head, effective October 1, 2024. Currently, he is working as Business Head – Southern Africa.

Vaibhav has been associated with Godrej since October 2010 and has held various leadership roles. He joined Godrej Consumer Products Limited as HR business partner, Sales.

He has approximately 18 years of experience in the HR domain. Prior to Godrej Consumer Products Limited, he was working with Marico Ltd. At the organization, he took over various leadership roles. His last designation was HR business partner, Manufacturing & Supply Chain.

He joined Marico from campus as a Management Trainee. After completion of the Management Trainee program, he took over the responsibility of Plant HR.

He was responsible for recruitment, Development Planning, Employee Relations, Statutory and Legal Compliance Management, Contract Labour Management, Support to various Business processes like FSMS, EMS, OHSAS, etc, and overall Administration.

Vaibhav holds his Master in Business Administration from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad and completed his Bachelors in Engineering from University of Mumbai.
