Bhuwnesh has over 24 years of experience in human resources across manufacturing, engineering, and consumer goods sectors.

His appointment comes at a crucial time as Havells prioritizes cultural transformation to create a more dynamic workplace.

Extensive HR Leadership Experience

Bhuwnesh has held multiple leadership roles in top-tier organizations, contributing significantly to HR development.

Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in shaping workforce strategies and driving organizational transformation.

Before joining Havells, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Montage Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., overseeing HR strategy for a workforce of over 7,000 employees.

During his tenure at Montage Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., he played a key role in strategic HR alignment and change management.

His expertise in union negotiations further solidified his reputation as a pragmatic and people-focused leader.

Prior to Montage, Bhuwnesh held senior HR positions at Escorts Kubota Limited, Suzuki Motor Gujarat Private Limited, and LG Electronics, where he led talent acquisition, employee relations, and leadership development initiatives.

His ability to align HR with business strategy has been instrumental in enhancing workforce efficiency and organizational effectiveness across these companies.

Educational Background and Strategic Vision

An alumnus of the Institute of Social Sciences, Agra, Bhuwnesh has a strong academic foundation in human resources and organizational management.

His expertise in HR modernization, digital transformation, and employee engagement positions him as a key driver of Havells’ evolving HR strategy.
