HDFC ERGO Promotes Mukesh Kumar as Joint Vice President-HR

Mukesh Kumar joined HDFC ERGO in October 2022 as Deputy Vice President-HRBP and Talent Acquisition.

In this role, he managed HR business partner functions and talent acquisition across various domains, including technology, marketing, underwriting, liability, product, digital business, call centers, motor sales, and rural agri-business.

Acting as a strategic partner to functional heads, Mukesh provided guidance and support to hiring managers, ensuring the acquisition of quality talent.

Mukesh has over 20 years of experience in the HR domain.

He has held key positions at renowned organizations such as Jio, Reliance Capital, Reliance Group, and Apollo Munich Health Insurance.

His expertise spans talent acquisition, HR operations, and embedding data-driven HR strategies.

Mukesh’s ability to lead transformation and deliver high-impact results has been a hallmark of his career.
