Hilti India appoints Devika Tandon as Head– Human Resources

Devika Tandon has joined Hilti India Private Limited as the Head- Human Resources, based at their corporate office in Gurgaon. 

Hilti is a world leader in the design and manufacture of cutting-edge technologies, software, and services for the professional construction industry. Hilti India Private Limited is the exclusive importer and distributor in India of all Hilti products manufactured all over the world. 

In this new role, Devika will be responsible for driving the People Strategy around Talent Acquisition, People Development, and Employee Engagement at MO by leading the HR and L&D Team. 

Devika brings 15+ years of HR experience across a variety of roles spanning generalist and centers of excellence to consulting. Her expertise over the years helped set up efficient systems and processes from scratch and she has also worked in mature and matrix organizations.

Before joining Hilti India, Devika was the HR Leader for Commercial, R&D, and Functions at AkzoNobel India driving the people agenda. Devika also previously led the L&D function at AkzoNobel for the IMEA region spanning 15+ countries and comprising 4000+ employees. Devika holds a Master’s in Psychology from Delhi University. 

Previously, she has also been associated with Cairn Oil and Gas, and Religare as an HR professional.

Devika has been recognized for her thought leadership in HR and has been a speaker at various reputed conferences. She is also a member of Academic Council at Fore School of Management.

She holds Master’s degree in Psychology – specialization in Organizational Behaviour from Delhi University and did Bachelors, Psychology Honurs from Lady Shri Ram College For Women.
