Hygienic Research Institute Appoints Saloni Sharma as Head – HR

Hygienic Research Institute Pvt. Ltd. (HRIPL), one of India’s fastest-growing FMCG companies and the force behind brands like Streax, Streax Professional, Vasmol, and Florozone, has announced the appointment of Saloni Sharma as Head – Human Resources.

With over 18 years of experience across conglomerates and high-growth startups, Saloni brings deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Business Partnering.

She has successfully designed and implemented people strategies for large and diverse workforces, enabling transformation, inclusivity, and sustainable growth.

Diverse Experience

In her recent role as Head HR at LEAD School, India’s largest School EdTech Unicorn, Saloni played a pivotal role in integrating acquired businesses, driving a pay-for-performance culture, embedding organizational values, and deploying AI-led engagement tools.

Prior to this, she spent over a decade with Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., leading key HR initiatives such as redesigning talent management frameworks, retention and engagement programs, performance-based incentives, and launching Manch, a pioneering D&I platform for women in sales.

She began her career with Essar Group, managing global compensation and benefits at the corporate level.

Chartered Accountant and MBA (HR) from SCMHRD, Saloni uniquely combines financial acumen with HR expertise to align people strategy with business outcomes.
