Info Edge India ropes in Neha Saxena Shenoy as EVP- HR

India’s premier online classifieds company, Info Edge India Ltd, appointed Neha Saxena Shenoy as Executive Vice President- Human Resources.

Neha is a transformational HR leader with strong expertise in wing-to-wing HR: Strategic HR Business Partnering, Organization Change, Leadership Development, Talent Development, Learning and Staffing.

She has 20 years of experience in human resources across multiple geographies in India and abroad. Before Info Edge India, Neha worked with Cairn Oil & Gas, serving as Deputy CHRO. 

As the Deputy CHRO at Cairn Oil and Gas, she has led the Talent build-buy strategy and execution, Employee Experience, HR Shared Services, and Diversity Equity & Inclusion for a diverse and dynamic workforce in the largest private sector Oil & Gas Exploration & Production company in India.

Previously, she has held multiple pivotal roles at MNCs like Honeywell, Reckitt, Microsoft, GE, and Adobe. 

Neha holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from SIBM Pune and is a Psychology & HR Graduate from Kamala Nehru College, Delhi University.
