ISS Facility Services India, a leading workplace experience and facility management company has appointed Nivedita Nanda as Country Director- People & Culture.
Sharing on a social media post Nivedita said, “Delighted to announce that I have joined as “Country Director People & Culture” ISS Facility Services India Private Limited after almost five long years in Kaya Limited. It was an honor to work under the mentorship of acclaimed industry Leader Harsh Mariwala, must thank Rajiv Nair for all his support. Looking forward to starting this new journey and growing professionally with my new family.”
Nivedita is a passionate HR leader with over two decades of experience. She has versatile experience in managing change, building culture, envisioning and establishing smart solutions for Integrating people practices with the ever dynamic business environment and bringing stability under diversity.
She has enriched her leadership trait while working with multi-dimensional industry experience, a rare exposure to Defense Services, and meeting the minds of a large pool of diverse & aspiring people.
Prior to ISS Facility Services India Private Limited, Nivedita was associated with Kaya Limited as CHRO, and earlier she worked with Future Retail Ltd, Prime Focus Ltd, Reliance Health, ADA Group, Reliance Infrastructure, Praxair India PVT LTD, and Indian Air Force.
Nivedita holds MBA in Human Resources from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
