Johnson & Johnson elevates Kunal as Head- HR, South East Asia

The largest and most broadly based healthcare company, Johnson & Johnson has announced the elevation of Kunal Karani as Head of HR, SouthEast Asia, J&J MedTech.

Kunal has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of HR, SouthEast Asia, J&J MedTech at Johnson & Johnson!”

Kunal has 15 years+ of work experience in Human Resources within areas like HR Business Partnering, Resource Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement & Transition Management. He holds the ability to work in virtual teams and cross-culture set-ups.

Prior to this, Kunal was associated with Accenture for over 9 years. He held various leadership roles within the organization.

Previously, he was associated with Aditya Birla Group for over a year. In this role, he was responsible for the front end of the HR function to employees by providing them solutions for their day-to-day issues.

Further, he was responsible for the induction of new joiners across levels in Mumbai. He was responsible for the administration of organizational processes like the Employee Perception Survey (EPS).

Kunal is an alumnus of the University of Mumbai. He holds a master’s in Business Administration from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
