Kotak Life appoints Ruchira Bhardwaja as Chief Human Resource Officer

Kotak Life Insurance appoints Ruchira Bhardwaja as Chief Human Resource Officer, effective March 2021. She joins from Future Generali India where she was working as Chief HR Officer for more than 5 years.

Ruchira is a seasoned HR Professional having cross-functional expertise with over 22 years of experience across multiple industries and functions. She drives the effective implementation of human resources practices and policies for talent acquisition, performance evaluation, and employee empowerment and engagement in the organization.

Prior to Future Generali, Ruchira was heading Human Resources Business Group and Talent Acquisition at Axis Bank, with additional responsibility for Diversity. In her career across multiple industries –Banking, Hospitality, Retail, Agrochemicals, she has led and managed transformational people practices in the area of performance management, compensation, internal communication, knowledge management.

Previously, Ruchira was associated with the Tata Group across various companies including Rallis India, Indian Hotels and Tata CROMA.

Ruchira is a Management Graduate from Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) and holds an Advanced Diploma in HR Management from NMIMS, Mumbai.
