Kraft Heinz appoints Priyanka Kulkarni as HR Head, India

One of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, Kraft Heinz has appointed Priyanka Kulkarni as HR Head, India.

In this role, she will be responsible for end-to-end HR Lifecycle at India GCC for Kraft Heinz.

She confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and stated, “Day 1’s are always special as they signify new beginnings, and what better day than the Hindu New Year to share this journey? Wish everyone a Happy Gudi Padwa, Ugadi, or equivalent, and would like to leverage this opportunity to share that I am thrilled to embark on a new journey as the HR Leader at Kraft Heinz India GCC!”

Priyanka is a driven HR Professional with over 18 years of experience in Human Resource Management assignments with reputed organizations across different sectors, including IT/ITES, Healthcare, Pharma, and Entertainment.

Her core competencies include HR support for new deals, contract renegotiation, M&A-based HR support, TUPE/ARD, Statutory regulations, TA strategies, and Global HR Transformation and Change.

Before joining Kraft Heinz, she worked with Arcolab as Head- Human Resources and earlier she was associated with companies like; DCX Technologies, Dell, IBM India, Credit Suisse, BIG Animation, and Piramal Enterprises in various HR roles.

Priyanka holds a post-graduation in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management and M.Sc in Psychology from Annamalai University.
