Ex-Luminous Power CHRO Niharika Mohan joins Schneider Electric

Schneider Electric has appointed Niharika Mohan as Vice President- Human Resources, Secure Power International.

Niharika has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m excited to share my new role as the HRVP for Secure Power International, as I take over from my dear colleague Natalja Kissina ( who has been simply outstanding in my onboarding support ) and continue my journey with Schneider Electric.”

“I now look forward to working with a dynamic and diverse team across East Asia Japan, South America, Greater India, Pacific and Middle East Africa for Secure Power, International“, she added in the post.

“As I relocate to Dubai, I look forward to meeting all my colleagues and friends, grateful to Schneider Electric for always propelling the careers of its people. 15 years with Schneider Electric.. still as exciting as ever”, the post further said.

“The last three and a half years have been a rewarding journey with Luminous as their CHRO and I take the opportunity to thank Preeti Bajaj, for her constant support and with whom every day was filled with tremendous learning, excitement and rich interactions- I shall miss those”, the post further said.

“Thanks for your trust, Preeti, as we moved with speed and agility towards our transformation. Courage, Commitment, and Compassion will always be my ” north star” which will propel me. It’s been an absolute privilege working with you”, she added.

Niharika has over two decades of experience in diverse HR practices specifically focusing on Organizational Design and Restructuring, M&A Integration, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, Talent Management, and Diversity & Inclusion.

Before Schneider Electric, she worked with Luminous Power Technologies as Chief Human Resources Officer. This is Niharika’s second stint at Schneider Electric.

Her earlier stints include working with Hewitt Associates and Tata Consultancy Services. She holds her Master in Arts from Delhi University.
