Magic Bus India Foundation appoints Madhulika Singh as CHRO

A non-profit organization in the education and skilling space, Magic Bus India Foundation has appointed Madhulika Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In this new role, she will be responsible for leading the people and culture agenda of the organization.

She is an evolved Human Resource professional with nearly 23 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, ITES, Manufacturing & Development sector.

Her experience is in Instrumental in defining and designing HR processes for organizations, leading to successful businesses and teams.

Her exposure is in all aspects of HR, proven ability to conceptualize, design & execute large-scale employee engagement, change management & transformation initiatives to drive HR strategy impacting long and short-term business goals.

Madhulika has been associated with leading organizations such as WNS, VISTRA, Radius, Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms, MakeMyTrip, and BPL Limited.

She holds her master’s in social work (HR) from the Delhi School of Social Work and completed her graduation in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College.
