Mankind Pharma, one of India’s leading pharmaceutical companies, has strengthened its leadership team by appointing Dapinder Singh Narula as General Manager – Human Resources.

With a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years in HR leadership, Dapinder’s appointment reflects Mankind Pharma’s commitment to enhancing workforce strategy, talent management, and employee engagement.

His expertise in learning and development, performance optimization, and HR business partnering will play a critical role in shaping the company’s people-centric policies and ensuring organizational efficiency.

Dapinder will report to Prateek Dubey, Global CHRO, Mankind Pharma, and will be based out of Delhi, further strengthening the company’s leadership team at a strategic level.

Dapinder’s professional journey includes pivotal leadership roles at Jubilant FoodWorks, where he was instrumental in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives.

During his tenure, he successfully aligned HR strategies with business objectives, creating a more agile and efficient workforce.

Prior to Jubilant, he gained extensive experience at Max Life Insurance, Adani Enterprises, Larsen & Toubro, and Ericsson, where he contributed to key HR transformation projects and leadership development programs.

His deep understanding of human capital management across insurance, infrastructure, technology, and consumer services makes him well-equipped to drive Mankind Pharma’s HR strategy forward.

Mankind Pharma GM – HR’s Educational Background and Leadership Approach

Dapinder holds an MBA in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Management – Bhubaneswar (XIMB), a prestigious business school recognized for its excellence in HR studies.

He also has a BTech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from NIT Jalandhar, providing him with a strong analytical and technical foundation that complements his HR expertise.

He integrates technology-driven HR solutions with human-centric workforce strategies, balancing innovation and employee well-being.

His approach to talent management focuses on fostering employee career growth, improving organizational agility, and strengthening diversity and inclusion within corporate environments.
