Matix Fertilisers and Chemicals gets Sujit as Head- HR (Mkt Div)

One of India’s fastest-growing fertilizer companies, Matix Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited appointed Sujit Kumar as Head- Human Resources (Marketing Division).

In this role, he will be responsible for heading the HR function of the Marketing division at Matix Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd.

Prior to this, Sujit was associated in the capacity of Cluster Head HR with a JV Co. of Adani Solar with Vishakha Group and was handling the complete end-to-end HR function of 3 different plants at a single location (Glass + Metals + Renewables) at Adani Solar SEZ, Mundra area, Gujarat.

Sujit, a seasoned HR professional, brings over 26 years of experience across IT, Electronics, Cement, Steel, Automobiles, PEB, Glass, Metals, Renewables, etc.

He started his career in 1997 as an HR Trainee with a US-based Software Co. in Noida and in these past 26 years of professional journey, Sujit has worked for various organizations like; Intelligent Information Systems, Moser Baer, Ultratech Cement Ltd, Thermo Fisher Scientific, New Holland Tractors, Jindal Stainless Ltd, Hi-Tech Chemicals, Interarch Building Products (PEB), and Synergy Steels  Ltd.  

Sujit holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from L.N. Mishra Institute of Economic Development and Social Change. He also earned an Executive Development Program-HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur.
