Max Life Insurance appoints Iqbal Mir as VP- Human Resources

A part of the Max Group, Max Life Insurance Company Limited has appointed Iqbal Mir as Vice President- Human Resources.

His diverse experience across various sectors positions him well to contribute to Max Life Insurance Company Limited’s HR strategies and initiatives.

He has confirmed his new role on LinkedIn, expressing his excitement about joining the company, and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President Human Resources at Max Life Insurance Company Limited!”

Iqbal Mir with nearly 17 years of experience joins the organization from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance where he was Deputy Vice President of HR.

Previously, he was associated with Bajaj Allianz Life as AVP HR Business Partner. In this role, he was responsible for Business Partner HR to Manage Employee life cycle for Direct Channel and North Zone of Bajaj Allianz Life.

His professional journey also includes roles at MetLife, KPMG India, Deloitte, and Manpower.

He started his career working with Planman HR Pvt Ltd as Recruitment Consultant. In this role, his roles and responsibilities included focusing on recruitment for the Engineering, Telecom, and Manufacturing sectors.

Iqbal Mir holds his MBA /PGDM in Human Resources from the Fortune Institute of International Business.
