mCaffeine appoints Neetha Thomas as Head – People Function

India’s first caffeinated personal care brand, mCaffeine has announced the appointment of Neetha Thomas as Head – People Function.

Neetha is a strategic and innovative Business Leader who translates business vision into strategic initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement equipped with 15 years of enriched knowledge.

Neetha has developed an executable strategy that motivates teams individually and financially to exceed corporate objectives through various economic cycles. She is an empowering leader who supports companies and top executives with a unique perspective and appreciation that human capital is every organization’s greatest asset. 

Prior to mCaffeine, Neetha was associated with LogiNext as Vice President – Human Capital & Administration. Earlier, she was working with Unlimit as Head – HR.

Neetha’s previous stint includes working as Regional Human Resources Director with Clover Qatar. As the Regional head, she was responsible for spearheading and positioning the company for global growth. She achieved a 100% perfect audit review just months after hire, ensuring complete compliance with federal and state laws & regulations and company policy.

Neetha has worked with Qatar Museums Authority as Organizational Development Manager. In this role, she was individually responsible for the learning & development budget of QAR 19 million (US$ 5.2 million) and created a robust succession planning along with a career development plan for QM with a yearly plan of in-takes from universities and successfully placing graduates/ successors among the organization or other Ministries.

Neetha’s previous association has been with Weatherford and Mannai Corporation. She holds her Master’s in Clinical Psychology/ HR from the University of Mumbai.
