MobiKwik gets Genpact’s Swati Singh as Head- HR

India’s leading FinTech platform, MobiKwik has appointed Swati Singh as Head of Human Resources. In this role, she will be responsible people & culture agenda of the organization.

She confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “Starting a new position as Head of Human Resources at MobiKwik!”

She is a seasoned HR professional with over 21 years of experience in engineering comprehensive HR functions while collaborating with various teams. She is an Accelerator & incubator offering expertise in HR Business Partnering & Operations.

Swati has specialties in Strategizing and Implementing HR models to support matrix org structure, People Strategy, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, and Retention Planning.

Prior to MobiKwik, She was associated with Genpact as Director People Practice Office. She worked with the organization for nearly two years.

Previously, she worked with SOTI as Director Human Resources – APAC. In this role, she was the Head of HR for the APAC region. Here she was leading a team of professionals supporting Hiring, HRBP, HR Operations, and Learning & Development.

Her previous stints include working with organizations including Johnson Controls, Questa Management Consultants Pvt.Ltd., Initto Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., HCL Comnet Limited, Shradha HRD, and Vertex Inc.

She is an alumnus of NMIMS. She completed her Bachelor in Business Administration from IMC, Delhi.
