MSN Laboratories appoints Padmanabhan S as Head – HR

One of the fastest-growing, research-based, and fully integrated pharmaceutical companies, MSN Laboratories Ltd has announced the appointment of Padmanabhan S as Vice President- Human Resources (Head – HR).

Padmanabhan S has over 25 years of experience. He is a leader in the Human Resources fraternity with experience in diverse industries like Engineering, Service, Hardware, Pharma, and EPC majors.

He has developed functional expertise in areas of Strategic Business support, Performance Management, Talent Development, Crisis management, HR Process Excellence, and Industrial Relations. He has professional experience ranging from Indian Conglomerates to Global Multinational corporations.

Prior to MSN Laboratories Ltd, Padmanabhan S was associated with Larsen & Toubro as Joint General Manager – Human Resources, Heavy Civil Infra IC.

Earlier, He was associated with Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited as Vice President – HR (Technical & Operations). In this role, he was responsible for the R&D divisions including Formulations, API, Biologics, CRO & Herbals.

Previously, Padmanabhan S also worked with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, NCR Corporation, Titan Industries, KONE Elevators, and S R P Tools Limited.

He holds M.L.M., Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Madras. He completed his B.L.M from Tamil Nadu Institute of Labour Studies.
