Mswipe Technologies announces key appointments

Leading digital payments and financial solutions company, Mswipe Technologies has announced many key appointments in its leadership team.

The CEO of MCapital Rohit Agrawal has been appointed as the CFO of the company in addition to his current role.

In this role, Rohit will focus on the creation of new credit products for small and medium enterprises and accelerate the existing business of providing small merchants with quick and easy access to formal credit.

Ketan Patel, CEO at Mswipe Technologies said, “These leadership announcements are a strategic step to build our company’s transformational journey. Our aim is to enable digitisation of merchants across India in this dynamic digital payment space and ensure we can support their fast-changing needs.”

Nayantara Bhargava is the new head of the banking and digital partnership. In her current role, she will focus on strengthening relationships with banks and brands and providing them with payment solutions for merchants, enabling the expansion of the payment digital footprint across the country.

Prior to this, she was associated with organizations such as CASHe as Head-Product and New Initiatives and Kotak Mahindra Bank as Relationship Manager: CBS -Corporate, Institutional, and Investment Banking.

Along with this, they have announced the appointment of Harita Desai Jani as the head of marketing. Harita brings over 17 years of experience in branding, marketing, and communications across a range of products and segments in the B2C and B2B space.

Sachin Shettigar has been appointed as the chief risk officer for Mswipe Technologies. Prior to this, he was associated as DEPUTY VICE PRESIDENT IN AXIS BANK LTD for over 14 years.

He also confirmed about the movement through the social media post, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at Mswipe Technologies Pvt. Ltd.!”

Yogesh Verma is appointed as the Chief Business Officer at MCapital, the lending arm of Mswipe Technologies. In this role, his goal is to scale the lending business by engaging with more like-minded merchant partners and go more granular while expanding the existing business. 

Mswipe is the leading digital payments and financial solutions company supporting the growing merchant community across India. The company service over 21,000 pin codes covering over 800 cities and towns.
