India Today Group: Before joining NDTV, Purva served as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at India Today Group.

During her approximately 11-year tenure, she influenced HR strategies across various media domains, including TV, digital, print, radio, social media, and education. Her impact extended beyond traditional media, making her a valuable asset.

COO of India Today Media Institute: In addition to her CHRO role, Purva also held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at India Today Media Institute. Her leadership contributed to the institute’s success in grooming future media professionals.

MakeMyTrip: Purva spent nearly 2 years at MakeMyTrip, where she served as Senior Vice President of HR. Her responsibilities included overseeing HR strategies and initiatives for the company’s operations in India.

MakeMyTrip, a leading online travel platform, benefited from her strategic insights.

Hewitt Associates LLC: Purva’s journey includes over 13 years at Hewitt Associates LLC. In various leadership roles, she served as HR Director for Asia-Pacific and Head of HR for India & Middle East.

Her global exposure equipped her with a deep understanding of managing HR across diverse regions.
