Netflix appoints Rohit Suri as Head of Talent – India

The world’s leading streaming entertainment service, Netflix has announced the appointment of Rohit Suri as Head of Talent – India. Prior to this, he was the CHRO – South Asia at Dentsu.

Rohit is a business-focused professional with over two decades of experience in the fast-paced Consumer Internet, Technology, and Media industries in India, Europe, and the Asia Pacific.

His expertise includes Leading Change, Business Transformation, Total Rewards, Restructuring, HR Project Management, Business Partnership, Cultural Integration, etc.

Rohit is an experienced HR professional leading the business transformation agenda to transform the business to be digital, data analytics, and tech-focussed by inspiring people, building new skills, and embedding them in the culture.

Before joining Netflix, he was associated with Dentsu International as Chief Human Resources Officer – South Asia.

Previously, Rohit waked with leading organizations such as GroupM, Shaadi.com (People Interactive), One97 Communications (Paytm), Turner (Turner Broadcasting System, Inc), Star India, and Krohm Solutions (Connect Energy Services).

Rohit holds a master’s degree in human resource management from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) and he also graduated from Symbiosis.
