Network18 Media & Investments Limited has appointed Sanchayan Paul as Chief Human Resources Officer – Designate.
Sanchayan has 25 years of experience in the HR domain. Before joining Network18 Media, he was associated with Modenik Lifestyle Pvt Ltd as CHRO for Modenik Lifestyle (an Advent International Portfolio Company).
And he was responsible for Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Corporate Communications & PR.
On his departure, he said, “After 3.5 years at Modenik Lifestyle, I am moving on to my new adventure. 3 months back when I deliberated on this, had a painful time even thinking of moving away and now these 3 months have been even tougher as many colleagues reached out to me.”
Previously, he also worked with Vodafone, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hutchison Essar Telecom Ltd, Eicher Consulting Services (ECS), and Reliance Industries Limited in HR leadership roles.
Sanchayan holds a postgraduate degree in management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an undergraduate degree from Delhi University.
