Nothing India appoints ex-KPMG Yudhisthir Singh as Head- HR

A UK-based privately held company, Nothing India has appointed Yudhisthir Singh as Head of HR.

As Head of HR at the organization, he will assume responsibility for overseeing all HR functions and spearheading the implementation of the global HR strategy.

Yudhisthir is an HR leader with experience of over 18 years. He has been distinguished by success in forging productive relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as Fintech, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, and Banking.

He has driven solutions-based plans and strategies to set up and transform the HR function, and meet business needs by leading digital change, process re-engineering, cultural transformation, and HR interventions.

While associated with leading multinational corporations across geographies, he has developed high-performing teams, improved employee experience at all levels, established a digitally enabled HR shared services ecosystem, and instituted robust structures, designed SOPs and policies.

Prior to Nothing India, he was associated with KPMG India as Senior Associate Director – HR & Talent Advisory. In this role, he has handled business development activities along with delivering strategic HR business partner solutions to leading clients in multiple sectors, involving close collaboration with top HR leaders and decision-makers.

His earlier stints include working with BharatPe, RP-SG FMCG (Guiltfree Industries Limited), SWAROVSKI, Max Life Insurance Company Limited, and Bharti Retail Limited (Easyday).

Yudhisthir completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Maharshi Dayanand Sarswati University.
