The leading provider of lending and transaction banking solutions, Nucleus Software has appointed Swati Patwardhan as its new Chief Human Resources Officer.
She is an HR Leader with 19 years of experience across various HR verticals like Organization Development, International HR, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition & Business Partnering.
Swati Patwardhan began her career at a small consulting firm before transitioning to the FMCG division of the Godrej Group.
During her tenure at Godrej, she made significant contributions across three business lines: FMCG, Real Estate, and Retail. Early in her career, she had the opportunity to lead HR for two subsidiaries in South Africa, and later in India.
Before joining Nucleus Software, Swati Patwardhan was with Optum where she had held various leadership roles. Her last designation was Director of Early Careers and TA Project Management Office.
Previously, she worked at Nature’s Basket Limited as Head – HR, where she played a crucial role in driving the people strategy for the Refresh 2020 initiative.
Swati Patwardhan holds his Master of Arts from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University and completed his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Mumbai.
