Okaya Power Group appoints Atish as Head – HR & Administration

A pioneer in the battery manufacturing industry, Okaya Power Group has announced the appointment of Atish Bhattacharya as Head – Human Resources & Administration.

Atish Bhattacharya has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head – Human Resources & Administration at Okaya Power Group!”

Atish has over 18 Years of applied and practiced experience in Human Resources, with a passion to keep learning continually. He has played a variety of roles within HR – Sales HR/ Business Partner/ Talent Acquisition / Talent Management/ Talent Development, people management, project management, HR transformation, employer brand building, etc.

Atish specializes in the areas of Sales HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition- Lateral & leadership Hiring, Campus Recruitment, and Engagement functions.

Prior to Okaya Power Group, he was associated with Ozone Overseas Pvt Ltd as Vice President- Human Resources (Head – HR). In this role, he was responsible for leading Human Resources for 1100+ Employees in Sales, Shared Services & Support Functions PAN India, 2 Operational Plants in Himachal Pradesh, 1 Greenfield Project, and 4 Fulfillment Centre across India.

Previously, Atish was associated with Greenlam Industries ltd, AccorHotels India, Bharti Infratel Limited, Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd, Voltas Limited, Larsen & Toubro Ltd. ECC Division, and Indian Military Academy.

Atish is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur. He holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Pune.
