Peak India appoints Preeti Ahuja as head of people

Peak, a UK-based Decision Intelligence company, has announced the appointment of Preeti Ahuja as Head of People, India.

She has over 16 years of work experience in human resources working with diverse industries and across different facets of Human Resources, which includes Organisational Design & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, and HR Transformation.

Before joining Peak India, Preeti was associated with GO MO Group AB as Head of People. And earlier, she has also worked at Alfa Laval, Lear Corporation, Emerson, GemStone Systems (now VMware), and Larsen & Toubro.

In her new role, Preeti is responsible for all facets of the HR function for Peak India, while playing a key strategic role in growing the company.

At Peak India, she will also help uphold the diversity and inclusion goals, assisting the brand in evolving as a preferred global employer.

Commenting on her appointment, Preeti Ahuja said, “I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to an organisation that is growing at this massive pace. I look forward to strengthening and driving this scale globally. I’m thrilled to join this vibrant team and look forward to working towards growth in the exciting times ahead.”

She has done MBA in Human Resources and Masters in Labour Laws from Pune University. She has also done Executive Development Programme in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
