P&G Hygiene and Health Care gets Mrinalini Srinivasan as CFO

P&G Hygiene and Health Care Ltd has announced the appointment of Mrinalini Srinivasan as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective June 29, 2024.

Mrinalini brings a diverse and rich experience in various finance roles across a career spanning 16 years.

She joined P&G in 2008 in India, and has worked across three geographies – Singapore, India, and Dubai, leading transformational projects and delivering outstanding results for several important P&G businesses.

Mrinalini currently leads Corporate Finance and is also the Executive Sponsor of Gender Equality for P&G India group. Prior to this role, she was serving as the Senior Director, Sales Finance for P&G India.

Speaking about her new role, Mrinalini Srinivasan said, “This role gives me an opportunity to work with various stakeholders to bring our integrated growth strategy to life and delight our consumers with superior propositions. I look forward to contributing to the growth of P&G in India.”

Mrinalini is taking over the role from Prashant Bhatnagar, who will leave the company after approx. 28 years of service.

Ms. Mrinalini Srinivasan is an alumnus of Faculty of Management Studies, New Delhi. She currently leads Corporate Finance along with being the sponsor for Gender Equality for P&G’s India Operations.

She joined P&G as a fresh hire from campus in 2008 and has spent the last 16 years with P&G across three geographies – Singapore, India, and Dubai, leading transformational projects and delivering outstanding results for several important P&G businesses.

In her previous role, Ms. Mrinalini Srinivasan was the Senior Director of Sales Finance for P&G India. She has also served as the Regional Business Planning Director for the Asia, Middle East, and Africa business, and Finance Director for the Feminine Care business in India, Middle East and Africa business based out of Dubai.

Mrinalini is passionate about investing in and building organization capabilities as a committed trainer. She has completed her graduation in Engineering from Shri GS Institute of Technology and Sciences, Indore.
