Pradyumna Pandey joins Hero MotoCorp as Manufacturing HR Head

The world’s largest manufacturer of two-wheelers, based in India, Hero MotoCorp has appointed Pradyumna Pandey as Manufacturing HR Head.

In this role, he will be a key member of the HR leadership team that steers the company to the next horizon of growth, in an era of constant change. Additionally, he will Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement people and talent strategies in the manufacturing units that align with business objectives.

In this role, he will be responsible to foster a culture and create a workforce that is agile, and an HR function that is a multiplier of ideas and cultivator of design thinking.

Pradyumna confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I am happy to share that my professional journey at Hero MotoCorp has begun. Looking forward to an enriching and productive work-life!”

Prior to Hero MotoCorp, he was associated with Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd. as a Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, he was responsible for providing strategic leadership by articulating Human Resource needs.

Previously, he was working with Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd as Vice President- Human Resources. In this role, he was engaged in People Management Operations at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited

His earlier stints include working with organizations such as CBLPro, JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., Mawana Sugars Ltd, Holcim, and ACC LimitedACC.

He holds his Ph.D. in Management from the Noida International University. He completed his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya.
