Prudent Insurance Brokers Gets Manvinder Kaur as Deputy CHRO

Prudent Insurance Brokers, one of India’s leading composite insurance brokers, has announced the appointment of Manvinder Kaur as its new Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer (Deputy CHRO).

In this role, she will focus on shaping the organisation’s people strategy, strengthening leadership capabilities, and supporting the company’s ambitious growth journey.

Extensive HR Leadership Experience

With over 20 years of rich experience across diverse industries, Manvinder brings strong expertise in strategic HR leadership, performance management, organisational development, and talent management.

She has a proven track record of building high-performance cultures, driving leadership development, and enabling transformational change in organisations.

Prior to joining Prudent, Manvinder worked at ICICI Lombard General Insurance for nearly seven years, where she led Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Her earlier 14 years of experience span multiple sectors, enriching her cross-industry perspective. She holds a degree in Production Engineering and an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad.
