Refyne appoints Megha Sharma as VP- People and Culture

Pioneer of income streaming for the workforce of India, Refyne India has announced the appointment of Megha Sharma as VP-People and Culture.

Commenting on the appointment, Chitresh Sharma, Co-Founder and CEO, Refyne said, “Over the last year, Refyne has set an incredibly high benchmark for Earned Wage Access (EWA) in India.”

“We’re rapidly growing our customer offerings, taking a proactive approach toward user needs. Megha join us at a remarkable time in our growth story, and we’re thrilled to welcome them to the leadership team”, Chitresh Sharma added.

Apoorv Kumar, Co-Founder and CTO, Refyne said, “Their expertise will be the catalyst that propels us and helps realize our mission of enabling financial wellness for the Indian workforce. We’re excited about their infusion with the existing team’s capabilities and look forward to improving Refyne for employers and their employees.”

Megha has rich experience in human resources. Prior to Refyne India, Megha was associated with Repup.co as Associate Director-HR. In this role, she worked with senior management to design, implement and streamline HR functions. She was responsible for the setup process for remote hiring, induction, onboarding of new hires, and training.

Previously, she was associated with organizations such as ExxonMobil, SHArP Edge Learning, Voltas Limited, Mindsprouts Solutions, and Zeus Consulting.

Megha holds a master’s degree from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and pursued her bachelor’s from ICG.
