Reliance Brands Appoints Khushboo Tak as Head HR – Men’s Luxury and BTL Brands

Reliance Brands Limited (RBL), a subsidiary of Reliance Retail Ventures, has appointed Khushboo Tak as Head of Human Resources for its Men’s Luxury and Bridge-to-Luxury (BTL) portfolio.

The announcement marks a strategic HR leadership move as RBL continues to expand its premium fashion and lifestyle offerings in India.

Leading HR for Iconic Global Brands

In her new role, Khushboo Tak will oversee the human resources function for a distinguished portfolio of international menswear and accessories brands.

These include Giorgio Armani, Zegna, Boss, Tumi, Paul & Shark, Paul Smith, Emporio Armani, Brooks Brothers, and EA7.

Her responsibilities will span talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning across these luxury and BTL segments.

The appointment comes at a time when Reliance Brands is deepening its footprint in the premium fashion space, with a focus on enhancing customer experience and operational excellence through strong talent management.

Professional Background and Experience

Khushboo Tak brings over 15 years of HR leadership experience to her new role.

Prior to joining RBL, she served as Associate Director – Human Resources at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd), where she led HR operations for flight services and ground staff.

Her earlier roles included senior HR positions focused on mass hiring, employee engagement, and HRIS implementation.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Amity University, Delhi. She also earned a BE in Information Technology from the Institute of Engineering & Technology, Alwar.

Her career reflects a blend of strategic HR planning and hands-on operational execution.

This combination makes her well-suited to lead HR for a diverse and dynamic brand portfolio.
