Rohit Jindal Appointed CHRO at Hamilton Housewares (Milton)

Hamilton Housewares Pvt. Ltd., the parent company behind household brands such as Milton, Treo, SpotZero, Claro, and Milton ProCook, has appointed Rohit Jindal as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Rohit’s appointment comes at a time when Hamilton is focusing on operational excellence, workforce engagement, and leadership development to support its growth ambitions in the homeware segment, which spans over 20 countries and a retail network of more than 55,000 outlets.

A Career Rooted in Strategic HR Leadership

Rohit Jindal brings nearly two decades of experience in human resources, having held leadership roles across diverse sectors including personal care, consumer goods, retail, and construction materials.

Prior to joining Hamilton Housewares, he served for over eight years as Head of Human Resources at Hygienic Research Institute Pvt. Ltd. (HRIPL), where he played a pivotal role in aligning HR practices with business expansion across rural, semi-urban, and urban markets.

His work supported the growth of well-known brands such as Vasmol and Streax.

Before HRIPL, Rohit spent two years with Raymond Consumer Care, where he led HR for JKHCL and contributed to the strategic expansion of brands like Park Avenue, KS, and KamaSutra.

He was also a member of the Raymond Leadership Academy, recognized for his contributions to talent strategy and organizational development.

Earlier in his career, Rohit held a long tenure at Lafarge India, serving as Assistant General Manager – Human Resources.

He was a certified facilitator with Lafarge University and acted as a brand ambassador for India, focusing on culture-building and value-driven HR interventions in the cement and construction materials domain.

His professional journey began at Reliance Retail, where he gained foundational experience in India’s largest retail ecosystem.
