Ruchi Ahluwalia, a distinguished HR leader with a proven track record in human resources strategy and transformation, has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at Digitide.

Prior to joining Digitide, she served as Group Chief People Officer at Quess Corp Limited, where she led HR strategies for managed services, staffing, and IT/ITES segments.

Role and Responsibilities at Digitide

As Chief People Officer, Ruchi Ahluwalia will lead all aspects of Digitide’s global people strategy. Her responsibilities are expected to include:

Ruchi Ahluwalia brings over two decades of experience in human resources leadership to her new role.

During her tenure at Quess Corp, she implemented initiatives to streamline workforce planning.

These efforts also enhanced employee engagement, contributing to the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Her career also includes leadership roles at Eaton, where she managed HR operations for Eaton Electrical in India.

At Scania Commercial Vehicles India Pvt Ltd, she served as Director HR and later took on additional responsibilities for Marketing and Communications.

At Scania, she played a pivotal role in shaping the HR infrastructure and employer brand during a phase of organizational transformation.

Ruchi’s journey includes notable contributions at Carl Zeiss India, EY, and Software Data India Ltd.

In these roles, she showcased expertise in people development, leadership hiring, and policy design.

She started her career as a Management Trainee at Nicholas Piramal (I) Ltd./Roche Products Ltd.

This role laid the groundwork for a career defined by purpose and progressive HR leadership.
