With over 33 years of professional experience in human resources and industrial relations, Samar is a distinguished figure in the HR domain.

His career trajectory includes influential roles at esteemed organizations such as Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Zuari Agro Chemicals, Gati, India Glycols, Sterling Tools, Rajasthan Drugs & Pharmaceuticals, and Reliance Jio, where he served as Vice President – HR.

Most recently, he was the Group HR Head at Shigan Quantum Technologies Ltd., Shigan Evoltz Ltd., and Shigan E-commerce.

In these roles, Samar tackled key challenges like organizational capability building, cultural transformation, and recruiting skilled professionals for technology-driven sectors.
