SAR Electric Mobility appoints Mili Dutta as Head- HR

In a significant development, Mili Dutta has been appointed as the new Head – Human Resources (HR) at SAR Electric Mobility.

Mili brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise in HR domain, having previously held key positions in various organizations.

Roles and Responsibilities at SAR Electric Mobility

Mili’s appointment as head of HR at SAR Electric Mobility is a strategic move by the company. Her in-depth knowledge of HR practices, coupled with excellent people-connect skills, positions her as a valuable asset.

As SAR Electric Mobility continues to innovate and expand its electric mobility solutions, Mili’s leadership will play a crucial role in shaping the organization’s human capital strategy.

She announced the same on her LinkedIn profile stating, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Human Resources at SAR Electric Mobility!”

Background and Career Journey

Mili Dutta’s journey in HR began over two decades ago. She holds an MBA from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which laid the foundation for her successful career.

Mili started her HR journey at M-Tech Innovations, where she served as an assistant manager in the HR department. Her role involved talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.

In 2006, Mili moved to American Solutions, taking on the role of HR manager. However, her passion for M-Tech Innovations led her back to the company as a senior manager in the HR function.

Mili’s next worked at Torrent Pharmaceuticals, where she contributed to HR strategy. She also worked at Viom Networks, where she served as the circle HR and admin head for Gujarat and Rajasthan.

Indus Towers welcomed Mili as the circle HR and admin head for Gujarat. Later, she joined the Suzlon Group, focusing on talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Before her tenure at SAR Electric Mobility, Mili held the position of deputy general manager in HR at Tenneco.

Most recently, Mili was the head of HR at EverEnviro Resource Management, where she gained valuable insights into managing a diverse workforce.
