Schneider Electric has announced the elevation of Subhashini Acharya as Director HR and Well-being for Greater India, reinforcing its commitment to employee engagement, leadership development, and workforce well-being.
In her new role, Subhashini will lead HR for the Secure Power Business while continuing to spearhead well-being initiatives across India.
She will also join the India HR Leadership Team, further strengthening Schneider Electric’s people-centric approach.
Subhashini has been with Schneider Electric for over eight years, previously serving as Director, Talent Management for Global Marketing.
Her elevation reflects the company’s dedication to nurturing internal leaders and fostering a culture of employee well-being.
