Schneider Electric India appoints Arti Sharma as VP-HR, Country HR leader for Global Supply Chain

Schneider Electric has elevated Arti Sharma as Vice President of Human Resources – Country HR leader for Global Supply Chain at Schneider Electric India 

In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and implementing an HR strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and growth plans.

Before this role, she served as the HR Vice President and Talent Manager for Global Marketing at Schneider Electric in Hong Kong.

In that role, she was responsible for global human resource business partnerships and talent management in that position. Arti played a key role in projects focused on improving workplace culture and strengthening team collaboration.

Her efforts were directed toward building strong leadership teams and attracting skilled professionals from diverse backgrounds, countries, and cultures.

Extensive HR Leadership Experience

Arti brings with her over 30 years of experience in human resources.

Prior to her role in Hong Kong, she held the position of Senior Vice President – HR at Luminous Power Technologies, where she contributed significantly to the company’s HR strategies and leadership development programs.

Throughout her career, Arti has held leadership roles in several well-known organizations, including India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd., Sun Life Financial, Panasonic AVC Network India, Circuit Systems, and Panasonic India.

Focus on Talent Development and Workplace Culture

Across her career, Arti has focused on fostering positive workplace environments and promoting leadership growth.

She has led initiatives aimed at creating inclusive work cultures, improving employee engagement, and driving business performance through strong talent management practices.

Her deep understanding of global HR trends and practices, combined with her ability to connect with teams across different regions, makes her a valuable asset to Schneider Electric India as she steps into this new role.
