Anita brings nearly two decades of rich HR leadership experience spanning BFSI and IT/ITES sectors.
She is recognized for her expertise in Business Partnering, Organization Development, Performance Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, and Diversity & Inclusion.
Extensive HR Leadership Across Global Organizations
Anita has held pivotal HR leadership roles in renowned organizations, including British Telecom, American Express, Amdocs, Polaris Software, Mastercard, ET Money, and Aristocrat.
Her experience covers both strategic and operational HR areas, partnering with regional and global CXO-level business leaders.
She has consistently demonstrated success in managing HR functions across diverse businesses in varying life stages, from early growth to maturity.
During her tenure at British Telecom and American Express, Anita worked as a Human Resource Business Partner, collaborating with global leadership teams to align people strategies with business priorities.
At BT, she also spearheaded the Diversity & Inclusion charter across India, reflecting her commitment to building inclusive workplaces.
Most recently, she worked as Director – People & Culture at Aristocrat and previously as HR Head at ET Money and HR Director at Mastercard, strengthening her track record in people-centric leadership.

Anita holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune (2003–2005).
